UK Mainland to a single address:
up to 30kg Total shipping cost = £7.50
31- 50kg Total shipping cost = £12.50
51+ Total shipping cost = £15.00
For orders placed before 3 pm (2 pm for Internet orders), we aim to deliver to the UK mainland the next working day (unless otherwise stated at time of order). If your Postcode begins with AB31-38, AB41-56, HS1-9, IV1-63, KW1-17, PA20-88, PH9, PH10, PH15-50, ZE1-3, KA27-28, FK19-21, BT, TR21-25, JE, GY, IM1-9, and for the Republic of Ireland, please allow 3-5 days for delivery. Discount Packaging & Janatorial Supplies will not be held responsible for any delays.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with a stock item you have ordered, you may return it for a full refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping charges are not refundable, the product must be returned in it’s original packaging and in unspolit condition.
We take great care to ensure our products reach our customers in good condition. However, in the event that you receive a damaged or defective product please call our customer service team on 01268 274000.
Please note that any non stocked items such as printed or custom made products can not be cancelled or returned once your order has been confirmed.
